How long does the grading process take?
Turnaround times vary based on the service level you choose. Basic grading takes approximately 10 business days, Premium takes 5 business days, and Express takes just 2 business days. These times do not include shipping.
What is your grading scale?
We use a 1-10 grading scale with half-point increments. A grade of 10 represents a perfect card, while a grade of 1 indicates a card in poor condition. We also offer qualifiers for cards with specific characteristics.
How do I ship my cards to you?
We recommend using a secure shipping method with tracking and insurance. Cards should be individually placed in penny sleeves and top loaders or card savers. Detailed shipping instructions will be provided after you submit your order.
